What we collect
When you use our website, we may collect:
- Your first name, last name, email address and the content of your message, if you send us an enquiry through our contact form.
- Anonymous, aggregated information about how the site is used: which pages are viewed, and which site you arrived from. This is collected without cookies and does not identify you.
How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Respond to your enquiries.
- Understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-processing service, and are then held in our email inbox. Site analytics are provided by Vercel, who also host this website.
Some of these services may be hosted outside the UK/EU, but we only use providers that comply with GDPR or equivalent safeguards.
Sharing your data
We don’t sell your data. We only share it with trusted service providers that help us run our business (for example, the form, email and analytics providers named above).
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any ongoing relationship, or until you ask us to delete it.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies.
We do not use advertising, marketing or tracking cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics. Our analytics are cookieless: they count visits without storing anything on your device and without building a profile of you. That is why you will not see a cookie consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
The one thing stored on your device is your choice of light or dark appearance. Your browser saves it only if you use the theme switch yourself, it never leaves your device, and we cannot see it.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time (for example, by asking us to stop contacting you).
